Lucas has experience helping individuals navigate a variety of mental health issues including substance abuse, ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, performance anxiety and more.

A native of upstate New York, Lucas received both his bachelors and his masters degrees in counseling from Messiah College in Mechanicsburg, PA. While at Messiah College, Lucas was a two-time NCAA National Champion in wrestling and helped Messiah college to a national team runner-up finish.

Whether you are facing difficulties in your relationships, struggling with self-esteem, or seeking guidance in life transitions, Lucas can help guide you towards positive change. As a counselor, Lucas is dedicated to providing a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. He believes in a person-centered approach, focusing on your specific needs and collaborating on the best ways to address them.

Beyond counseling, Lucas finds joy in personal interests such as hiking, spending time with his wife and daughter, fixing up his house, and playing with his dog, Badger. He believes life should be enjoyed to its fullest and that living a life of love brings glory to God.

Lucas’ faith in Christ plays a significant role in his life and guides his values and principles. While he offers the option of incorporating a Christian perspective into counseling sessions, that is not a requirement. Lucas will respect and honor each person's unique beliefs and background, creating a space where all individuals feel welcomed and supported.
